Invite users by email
Open a project, enter an email address and select a project role. Firebase sends a sign-in link; the recipient verifies their email and accepts the invitation.
- New addresses require Sitation approval from the portal owner.
- New users choose a password for the mobile app.
- Resending invalidates the previous invitation link.
- Cancelled or expired invitations cannot be accepted.
“Email requested” means Firebase accepted the request. Inbox delivery is not independently tracked. The invitation lasts seven days; the sign-in link may expire sooner.
Manage projects & access
Create a job, explicitly assign its owner, and manage admin, member and viewer roles. Project owners cannot be removed or demoted here.
Project roles never grant portal administrator access. Management actions are recorded in an audit history.
Daily report distribution
Per-project recipients, an evening schedule and automatic PDF generation will follow. No automatic report emails are sent yet.
Activity, plant and people library imports are a later milestone.
